Newport County Set For Lucrative FA Cup Rodney Parade Tie, Cardiff Also Stay Home, But Swans Face Tough Test

Newport County have been handed a money-spinning FA Cup third round draw at home to Leeds United. County’s reward for beating Cambridge United – and making the third round stage for only the second time in 32 years – is another home draw against the club who reached four finals in an eight-year spell between 1965 and 1973. Cardiff also have a home tie against League Two Mansfield Town, while Swansea City have a tough looking away draw at Championship leaders Wolves.

Like Williams, five-times capped Davies wants more starting time, having found himself in the shadow of fellow Wales international Gareth Davies.
