Neil Warnock Says Revamped Bluebirds Will Be Ready To Fly

Neil Warnock insists his Cardiff City squad rebuilding for the Premier League is still a work in progress. The Bluebirds manager has signed both winger Josh Murphy from Norwich City and Preston defender Greg Cunningham in the past two weeks, but is clear there is more to be done. Warnock has said he wants at least two further permanent signings as well as two loan deals, but the picture is further complicated by the fact that neither Aron Gunnarsson nor Junior Hoilett have agreed new deals offered to them and the future of last year’s loanee, Marko Grujic, has yet to be clarified.

New Sailors Go All Afloat In Holyhead

More youngsters have been given a taste of sailing as part of the All Afloat campaign. The group of 17 had the chance to make some waves on their doorstep in Holyhead harbour – taking part in a day of sailing taster sessions, giving each of them an introduction to the water and the exciting sport of sailing. These taster sessions form the start of a busy summer of All Afloat events in Holyhead. Following on from a safe and fun introduction to sailing, the youngsters will now have the opportunity to learn new skills and experiences through regular sailing sessions after school. The follow on evening will allow the young people to work towards the Royal Yachting Association’s (RYA) globally recognised Sailing awards.
